Mastercard neither processes any Personal Data for or behalf of the vendor, nor does it instruct the vendor to do so. The Website and services thereon are provided independently by TIE Alliances.

1. Eligibility and Validity

  • The Culinary Club offer is valid exclusively for customers holding a Mastercard World or World Elite Card.
  • This offer is available only at participating restaurants and outlets listed under the Program.
  • The Program is valid until 31st December 2025 unless otherwise extended or terminated by either party.
  • The offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be combined with other ongoing offers, promotions, or discounts at participating outlets.

2. Reservation Conditions

  • Advance Reservations: Reservations must be made in advance to avail of the dining benefits under the Program. Walk-ins may not be eligible.
  • Reservation Platform: Reservations should be made through the Mastercard Culinary Club platform.
  • Reservation Timeframe: Reservations must be made at least 12 hours before the intended dining time.
  • Confirmation: Reservation confirmations will be sent via email, and customers may be asked to show this confirmation upon arrival.
  • Reservation Modifications: Any changes to reservations must be made at least 3 hours in advance. Modifications are subject to availability and are at the restaurant’s discretion.
  • No-Show Policy: If a customer does not arrive within 15 minutes of the reserved time, the reservation may be cancelled, and the offer may no longer be valid.
  • Table Availability: Tables are subject to availability at the time of booking, and seating is not guaranteed. The restaurant reserves the right to confirm seating based on current capacity. Mastercard does not guarantee table availability or booking under this Program.

3. Offer Details

  • Offer benefits can be redeemed once per table, per card, per visit.
  • Taxes, service charges, and gratuities are not included in the offer and are payable by the customer.

4. Payment Conditions

  • The eligible Mastercard World or World Elite Card must be used for the full payment of the dining bill to avail of the offer.
  • Partial payments with cash or other payment methods will not qualify for the discount.
  • Customers may be required to present identification or additional verification to ensure eligibility.

5. Program Limitations

  • The offer may not apply on blackout dates, including public holidays, festivals, or special event days as determined by the restaurant.
  • The Program may not be available for takeaway, delivery, or other non-dine-in services unless explicitly specified.
  • Group Booking Exclusion: The offer is not applicable to group bookings unless explicitly permitted by the restaurant. Eligibility for group bookings is at the restaurant’s discretion.

6. Cancellation and Changes

  • Mastercard reserves the right to modify or cancel the offer or Program at any time without prior notice.

7. Liability and Dispute Resolution

  • Mastercard is not liable for any service issues or quality concerns related to the dining experience. Customers should address any grievances directly with the restaurant.
  • In case of disputes regarding eligibility or benefits under the Program, Mastercard’s decision shall be final.

8. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must adhere to all health and safety protocols as prescribed by the restaurant and local authorities.
